DESCRIPTION

Election of the next Olympic host 2020. We prepared the plenary meeting fulfilling the strict international standards by the IOC regarding security, set up and planning. It took place at the Pacifico ballroom and we set up a 25 x 5 meter screen that we projected onto with Barco Data 20.000 ANSI FLM Series projectors. Additionally, we set up sound and lighting systems. Apart from the main room we were tasked with full AV integration at the press and conference rooms.
