The creative process of a Project starts with the preliminary sketches accompanying the general idea for the event setting. The type of structure, the projection areas and the different key elements on stage are defined in this phase.
The second step in the planning consists of the digital renders set up. These are prepared according to the exact measures that we obtain from the room plans where the event will take place and they give a true shape to the first views of the final product.
In this phase we construct on stage the exact position of the elements that have a key role in the event. In this case , the position of a car entering from behind the stage, through a fake door in the panoramic screen.
Once we finish refining the details of the setting, the general tech for the event is defined. This consists of the hardware and cabling diagrams that will enable us to make what we have planned theoretically, come to life, defining the exact units that will serve specific purposes and solve specific client needs.
The last phase of the general proposal is composed of the final renders. Lights for the different event's scenes, textures, tentative animations on the screens and optional tentative audio settings are included.
When the time of the event arrives, it is important to be able to reproduce the original idea faithfully. This phase represents the greatest challenge of the project.
